1. Website operator and purpose

This website is operated for CV. Java Electrindo to present company information, industrial automation and electrical capabilities, products, services, Java Shop information, technical references, and contact channels.

Use of this public website is subject to these Terms of Use and the applicable written agreements governing any separate project, quotation, sale, service, or marketplace transaction.

2. General website information

Website descriptions, diagrams, product summaries, specifications, examples, and technical explanations are provided for general business and technical information. They are not automatically a quotation, engineering approval, warranty, certification, or commitment that a particular product or design is suitable for a specific machine or process.

Visitors should confirm current requirements, model compatibility, dimensions, ratings, firmware, register maps, network conditions, safety requirements, and availability before relying on technical information for procurement or implementation.

3. Quotations, orders, and project agreements

Project scope, specifications, pricing, taxes, delivery, payment, acceptance criteria, warranty, exclusions, responsibilities, and other commercial obligations are governed by the applicable Java Electrindo quotation, purchase order, contract, service document, or other written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

4. Product and service information

Product names and trademarks may belong to their respective manufacturers. Product images and descriptions may be representative. Manufacturers can revise models, ratings, firmware, packaging, or specifications without notice. Java Electrindo may also update its service scope and website presentation.

5. Java Shop and Tokopedia transactions

Java Shop is a corporate catalog interface that helps visitors identify selected industrial parts. It is not a separate checkout or payment system. Current price, stock, promotion, seller terms, checkout, payment, shipping, returns, and marketplace transaction status are governed by the applicable Java Electrindo Retail listing and Tokopedia process at the time of the transaction.

6. Javabot

Javabot provides navigation and general informational assistance. Its responses may be incomplete or require verification. Javabot does not replace a qualified engineer, electrician, safety professional, contractual document, manufacturer documentation, or formal Java Electrindo quotation.

Do not use Javabot to issue safety-critical machine commands or to make final decisions affecting electrical protection, machinery safety, production quality, or regulatory compliance without appropriate human review.

7. Technical information, commissioning, and safety

Industrial automation and electrical work can involve hazardous voltage, stored energy, moving machinery, pressure, heat, chemicals, and production risk. Installation, wiring, programming, modification, commissioning, and maintenance should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel and follow the applicable site rules, manufacturer documentation, risk controls, and legal requirements.

Remote monitoring and dashboards do not by themselves make a machine safe. Any control function must be designed, reviewed, commissioned, and validated for the actual equipment and operating context.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the website for legitimate business information, product research, service enquiries, and communication with Java Electrindo. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with website operation, abuse forms or feedback endpoints, inject malicious content, scrape the service in a way that materially disrupts operation, or impersonate another person or organization.

Unless otherwise stated, Java Electrindo website copy, page design, original graphics, Javabot presentation, compilations, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party brands, product names, manuals, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Normal linking to public pages is permitted. Reproduction, redistribution, misleading modification, or commercial reuse of protected material may require permission.

10. External websites and services

Links to Tokopedia, Google, Enmos, manufacturers, regulatory databases, or other external services are provided for convenience or reference. Java Electrindo does not control the availability, content, security, or independent policies of those third-party services.

11. Website availability and limitation

Java Electrindo may correct, update, suspend, reorganize, or remove website content when necessary. While reasonable care is taken to keep public information useful and accurate, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and contact

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to a particular transaction or user. Commercial disputes are handled according to the applicable quotation, contract, marketplace process, and law.

Website ini dioperasikan untuk CV. Java Electrindo guna menyajikan informasi perusahaan, kemampuan otomasi industri dan kelistrikan, produk, layanan, Java Shop, referensi teknis, dan kanal kontak.

Penggunaan website publik ini tunduk pada Ketentuan Penggunaan ini serta dokumen tertulis yang berlaku untuk proyek, quotation, penjualan, layanan, atau transaksi marketplace yang terpisah.

2. Informasi umum website

Deskripsi, diagram, ringkasan produk, spesifikasi, contoh, dan penjelasan teknis di website disediakan sebagai informasi bisnis dan teknis umum. Informasi tersebut tidak otomatis menjadi quotation, persetujuan engineering, warranty, sertifikasi, atau komitmen bahwa suatu produk atau desain cocok untuk mesin atau proses tertentu.

Nama produk dan merek dagang dapat menjadi milik pabrikan masing-masing. Gambar dan deskripsi produk dapat bersifat representatif. Pabrikan dapat mengubah model, rating, firmware, kemasan, atau spesifikasi tanpa pemberitahuan. Java Electrindo juga dapat memperbarui scope layanan dan penyajian website.

5. Java Shop dan transaksi Tokopedia

Java Shop merupakan interface katalog perusahaan yang membantu pengunjung mengenali komponen industri pilihan. Java Shop bukan sistem checkout atau pembayaran terpisah. Harga, stok, promosi, ketentuan seller, checkout, pembayaran, pengiriman, retur, dan status transaksi marketplace mengikuti listing Java Electrindo Retail dan proses Tokopedia yang berlaku pada saat transaksi.

6. Javabot

Javabot memberikan bantuan navigasi dan informasi umum. Respons dapat tidak lengkap atau memerlukan verifikasi. Javabot tidak menggantikan engineer, teknisi listrik, profesional keselamatan, dokumen kontraktual, dokumentasi pabrikan, atau quotation formal Java Electrindo.

Jangan menggunakan Javabot untuk menjalankan perintah mesin yang bersifat safety-critical atau mengambil keputusan final mengenai proteksi listrik, keselamatan mesin, kualitas produksi, atau kepatuhan tanpa review manusia yang sesuai.

7. Informasi teknis, commissioning, dan keselamatan

Pekerjaan otomasi industri dan kelistrikan dapat melibatkan tegangan berbahaya, energi tersimpan, mesin bergerak, tekanan, panas, bahan kimia, dan risiko produksi. Instalasi, wiring, programming, modifikasi, commissioning, dan maintenance harus dilakukan oleh personel yang sesuai kompetensinya serta mengikuti aturan site, dokumentasi pabrikan, pengendalian risiko, dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.

Monitoring dan dashboard jarak jauh tidak dengan sendirinya membuat mesin aman. Fungsi kontrol harus dirancang, ditinjau, di-commissioning, dan divalidasi terhadap peralatan serta konteks operasi aktual.

8. Penggunaan yang diperbolehkan

Website dapat digunakan untuk informasi bisnis yang sah, pencarian produk, permintaan layanan, dan komunikasi dengan Java Electrindo. Pengguna tidak boleh mencoba memperoleh akses tanpa izin, melewati kontrol keamanan, mengganggu operasi website, menyalahgunakan form atau endpoint feedback, memasukkan konten berbahaya, melakukan scraping yang secara material mengganggu operasi, atau menyamar sebagai orang atau organisasi lain.

9. Hak kekayaan intelektual

12. Hukum yang berlaku dan kontak

Ketentuan penggunaan website ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia, dengan memperhatikan aturan wajib yang mungkin berlaku pada transaksi atau pengguna tertentu. Perselisihan komersial ditangani sesuai quotation, kontrak, proses marketplace, dan hukum yang berlaku.
